Through several Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC)
Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with
the General Services Administration (GSA), Defense Microelectronics
Activity (DMEA) and National Institutes of Health (NIH), Northrop
Grumman offers a broad range of services to all federal agencies.
These contract vehicles enable government clients to tailor
services to meet specific needs while utilizing Northrop Grumman's
world class capabilities.
ATSP
provides rapid access to Northrop Grumman technologies to
improve the operational readiness of fielded systems. ATSP
utilizes a contracting approach which can shorten the procurement
cycle to as little as 4-6 weeks.
DISA
Encore. The Defense Information Systems Agency
(DISA) awarded Northrop Grumman an Encore contract on March
13, 2002. This is Northrop Grumman’s third
in a series of contracts since 1993 designed to provide integration
services of a wide variety to government-wide clients, the
predecessor contracts being the Defense Enterprise Integration
Services (DEIS) Contracts I and II. This
seven-year long contract has a ceiling of $2 Billion among
all nine contracts issued. Any governmental agency
may use this contract, from Federal, State, and Local entities,

GSA Environmental
Advisory Services (EAS) avails Northrop Grumman's
extensive environmental
services to all federal agencies worldwide. This schedule
provides for a full spectrum of services, ranging from environmental
planning and compliance to waste and hazardous materials management.

GSA Information Technology
(IT) Schedule offers Northrop Grumman's professional
IT services to all U.S. governement agencies worldwide. Project
management, systems engineering and analysis, software engineering,
and system development, deployment and support services are

GSA Logistics Worldwide
(LOGWORLD) Schedule offers Northrop Grumman's
professional Logistics services to all U.S. government agencies
worldwide. Supply and Value Chain Management, Acquisition
Logistics, Distribution and Transportation Logistics, Deployment
Logistics, and Logistics Training Services are obtainable

GSA MOBIS Schedule
enables all U.S. government agencies to obtain Northrop Grumman's
support to implement management, organizational and business
improvement efforts. Services available through this schedule
include consultation, facilitation, survey, training, privatization

GSA Professional Engineering
Services include expertise in modeling and simulation,
network engineering, communications, control systems, weapons
systems, defense operations, logistics, test and evaluation,
aerospace, transportation, medicine, and health, energy and
environmental systems, robotics, intelligence, security, sensors
and instrumentation, signal processing, critical infrastructure
protection, mission planning, systems acquisition, systems

GSA Technical and Management
Support (TMS) avails a full range of Northrop
Grumman's technical and management services to all federal
agencies worldwide. Use TMS to obtain program management and
special services, engineering and analytical services, transition
and other agency networks and services, operations and maintenance
support, and customer support. Northrop Grumman furnishes
tailored support to agencies transitioning to FTS 2001 networks
or migrating from other networks in the FTS program. Contract

GSA
Training Schedule provides instructor-led classroom
and field instruction, course development, test administration
and performance assessments that will achieve organizational
learning and training objectives. Northrop Grumman can provide
tailored training to Government employees, supporting contractors,
or to the public. We serve the 48 contiguous states, the District
of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico,
and all U.S. Government installations and/or agencies abroad.
GSA SAFEGUARD
(Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Services) enables
all federal agencies worldwide to obtain a broad array of
Northrop Grumman services designed to protect the nation's
critical infrastructure. This blanket purchase order agreement
addresses critical infrastructure asset identification, vulnerability
assessment and threat identification, critical infrastructure
protection readiness and contingency planning, physical infrastructure
protection, information systems security and information assurrance,
and emergency preparedness training, exercise and simulation.

NIH's Chief Information
Officer Solutions and Partners 2 (CIO-SP2) provides
a wide variety of information technology hardware, software,
systems and services to federal Government Information Resources
Management and Chief Information Officers worldwide. CIO-SP2
is the follow-on to the original
CIO-SP contract.
Information Technology Service (ITS) Blanket Purchase
Agreement (BPA). The Information Technology
Service (ITS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a five year
contract established to provide the Air Force (AF), Department
of Defense (DoD), and Civil Federal Agency customers the ability
to acquire a broad, all encompassing range of IT services
and associated products. The mission of the BPA includes providing
modern technology support for mission requirements, and the
modernization of IT systems throughout the Federal space.
The IT spectrum covered by ITS includes Networks, Software,
Systems, Security, Engineering, Data, Training, Management,
and Other Related IT Services.
ITS provides a decentralized procurement and expedited project
execution process, significantly reducing the time it takes
to procure products and services, while incorporating the
benefits of competition and open market economies. The elimination
of centralized oversight, procurement, and payment places
control of any IT initiative in the hands of the end-user.

Defense Medical nformation System/Systems Integration,
Design, Development, Operation and Maintenance Services D/SIDDOMS
II Lot III. The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense
(Health Affairs (OASD/HA) Tricare Management Activity has
awarded a series of commercial contracts to provide support
for ongoing and future healthcare programs supporting the
Military Health System mission. These contracts have multiple
awardees. All Military Health System Organizations, including
those supporting the MHS mission are eligible to use the D/SIDDOMS
II contracts. The individual contracts have been awarded for
specific categories if work, as defined in the LOT descriptions

Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) Umbrella Information
Technology Total Solutions (U-ITTS) Contract. The objective
